Conflict Free Communication: Learn the Mechanics of ONE Sentence to Communicate Without Conflict

This 2.5-3 hour workshop teaches the mechanics of “volatile vocabulary” in the workplace and how to diffuse it

• Using just ONE sentence, participants will learn how to clearly communicate even the most difficult conversations in a conflict-free way

• This workshop includes a very basic introduction to emotional awareness in the form of emotional vocabulary and identification

• Small group breakouts and/or role playing

• Includes handouts
